Job summary

RFG Advisory seeks a Director of Capital Solutions to source minority investments and tuck-in acquisitions, lead deal execution from term sheet to close, and serve as the Capital Solutions expert for the business development team. The role requires exceptional financial modeling, flawless written and verbal skills, and comfort leading senior-level discussions with Advisors with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or consulting.
• 2-4 years in a similar acquisitive wealth-management role; required.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing investment and M&A opportunities.
• Proven track record building detailed models for minority investments or M&A.
• Experience creating management or IC-style presentations.

Responsibilities

• Origination: build a proprietary sourcing engine for tuck-in acquisitions and engage advisor targets.
• Deal execution: structure and advance capital solutions, build transaction models, assess targets.
• Sales enablement: present value proposition to advisors and translate terms into clear financial outputs.
