Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated chapter leadership through coaching, development, and day-to-day people leadership.
• Standardize campaign development practices across the chapter for consistency.
• Ensure CDL deliverables align with marketing needs, including content, taxonomy, and agency briefings.
• Own resource allocation, forecasting, and cadence planning for the chapter.
• Lead CDL training and maintain standards documentation; drive continuous improvements.
• Manage escalations and partner with Marketing Leadership on reviews and compliance.
• Collaborate with BU Engagement Directors to align with go-to-market plans.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive capability improvements.
• Support hybrid work model and transformation initiatives across functions.
