• Drive standardization of campaign development ways of working and maintain consistency in scope, quality, and brand or therapeutic area focus across the chapter.
• Own the CDL resource allocation model and forecast for the chapter, balancing capacity with brand demand and business priorities.
• Lead CDL training and development plan in alignment with marketing evolution and maintain CDL standards documentation.
