Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Hospitality to lead the nationwide Café F&B program, driving guest experiences across multiple locations. You will manage a small internal team and a third-party operator, shaping menu, frontline readiness, and promotional strategy.

You will partner with Retail Design, Marketing, Strategy, Product and Frontline leadership to integrate hospitality into the overall customer experience, while leading budget, KPIs and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• At least 7 Years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 Years of People Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B program vision for Capital One Café nationwide.
• Develop and evolve menu offerings to meet guest needs.
• Set and maintain SOPs to ensure premium guest experiences.
• Drive frontline readiness, promotions, and operational adjustments.
