Job summary

Capital One is seeking an experienced interior architectural designer to lead design management for the cafe and branch portfolio. You will drive strategic projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape the next generation of capital spaces focused on hospitality and retail presence.

You will manage feasibility, design, planning and implementation, working with internal teams and external partners. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to guide multi-department

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Military experience.
At least 2 years of in-house architectural or design experience.
At least 2 years of commercial retail design or architectural experience.
At least 2 years of architectural project management experience.
At least 2 years of experience selecting and sourcing architectural materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver special projects including new build cafes, renovations, ATMs and other initiatives.
Plan, design, manage and execute project plans and drawings with internal and external partners.
Concept and deliver exterior and interior design using sketches, 3D visuals and presentations.
Develop scalable design standard tools and elements for multiple projects.
Drive cross-functional projects and manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and impacts.
