Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Manager and National Market Engagement Leader to define the national and local community engagement strategy and lead a team delivering mission-driven initiatives across the Capital One Café network.

You will build trust-based relationships with civic, business, and government organizations, partnering with Café Market Executives to cultivate market expertise and localized strategies that boost brand credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience in People Management.

Responsibilities

• Define national hyper-local community engagement strategy and calendar across regional and national initiatives.
• Lead complex market engagement projects with clear strategic direction and manage vendor partnerships and budgets.
• Ensure risk, compliance and governance for all projects and guide proposals through the Well Managed Risk process.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to drive alignment and brand credibility.
• Lead and develop a moderate-sized team delivering mission-driven programs in Cafés and regional markets.
