Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 years of in-house, client side architectural or design experience.
• At least 2 years of commercial retail design or architectural experience.
• At least 2 years of architectural project management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience selecting and sourcing architectural materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver special projects including new build cafe, renovations, ATMs and strategic initiatives.
• Plan, design, manage and execute project plans and drawings with in-house and external partners.
• Concept and deliver exterior and interior design with sketches, 3D visualization and presentations.
• Develop design standard tools and elements scalable across projects.
• Drive cross-functional projects, manage scope, timelines and budget; identify risks and issues.
• Maintain project documentation and provide strategic partnership to drive delivery.
