Job summary
Phoenix Contact is seeking a Director to lead the Cabinet Efficiency business in the U.S. With full P&L accountability, you will steer strategic direction, financial performance, and market growth across sales, product marketing, and field service operations.
You will partner with Global Product Management to align roadmaps with regional needs, drive NPI, and optimize pricing, forecasting, and inventory. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 10+ years in product marketing management, product management, business leadership, or closely related disciplines within industrial automation or related tech.
- 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience leading a connectivity, networking, industrial communications, or automation-related product portfolio.
- Experience working in global product organizations and influencing cross-regional stakeholders.
- Experience leading new product introduction (NPI) processes and go-to-market execution.
- Strong background in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory strategy.
- Proven record of driving portfolio strategy, launches, and profitability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Cabinet Efficiency business with accountability for strategic direction and financial performance.
- Own U.S. P&L including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.
- Develop annual sales targets, forecasts, and growth strategies.
- Translate strategies into actionable plans with measurable objectives.
- Drive go-to-market strategies for Cabinet Efficiency offerings, including power distribution and enclosure optimization.
- Lead VOC initiatives and market analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Global Product Management to influence roadmaps and lifecycle management.
- Oversee pricing strategies and competitive positioning to maximize revenue.
