Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Director of Business Systems to lead and optimize core platforms including NetSuite, HubSpot, FP&A, HRIS, and Legal systems. You will drive enterprise AI initiatives, data quality, and scalable processes while ensuring real-time business insights across functions.

Reporting to the CIO, you will design integrations, manage vendor ecosystems, and partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, and Ops to deliver value in a fast-paced professional services

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or IT leadership.
• 5+ years leading teams and managing enterprise application portfolios.
• Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with HubSpot, FP&A platforms, and HRIS solutions.
• Strong integration experience utilizing Workato, Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, or data-driven business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience supporting M&A integrations and enterprise data migrations.
• Understanding of professional services operations, including quote-to-cash, project accounting, utilization, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CIO, this leader will be responsible for creating a connected ecosystem that delivers reliable data, scalable processes, and real-time business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap, governance, and performance of NetSuite, HubSpot, HRIS, FP&A, and Legal systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Services, Consulting, Agency, or PE-backed company experience.
• Familiarity with AI technologies including OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, RAG, and agent-based solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
