Job summary

Vika Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Director, IT Business Applications to lead the global enterprise applications portfolio, including ERP, CRM, EDI, and analytics platforms. You will report to the VP of IT and shape the strategy, architecture, and governance of critical systems across the organization.

The role requires hands-on ERP expertise, a track record in digital transformation, and strong leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Sales, HR, and Legal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in managing enterprise applications, preferably in high-tech or semiconductor industries.
• 5+ years in leading, managing, and mentoring teams.
• Hands-on ERP experience with IFS, Oracle, or SAP.
• Proven ERP implementation, system support, and process optimization experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, controls, IT governance, and audit requirements.
• Experience with vendor selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, and enterprise technology evaluations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and global IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive ERP evaluations, vendor selection, implementation, and system enhancements.
• Improve application performance, security, data integrity, and audit readiness.
• Ensure SOX compliance and strong internal controls for applications.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Product teams.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing IT applications team.
• Coordinate with global IT teams for consistent application support.
• Lead vendor evaluations, RFPs, platform assessments, and contract negotiations.
• Drive digital transformation through automation, system integration, and AI-enabled tech.
• Lead change management and user training for new systems.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director, IT Business Applications to lead and transform the organization's global enterprise applications landscape. Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, this role will oversee business-critical systems, including ERP, CRM, supply chain management, EDI, data analytics, and business intelligence platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, hands‑on ERP expertise, and a proven track record of enterprise system implementations, SOX compliance, digital transformation, and cross‑functional team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy, roadmap, and daily operations of enterprise business applications, including IFS/ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, EDI, SCM/Adexa, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Drive ERP evaluations, vendor selection, implementation, and system enhancements.
• Improve application performance, scalability, security, data integrity, and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, and application governance standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Product teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of IT managers, engineers, and system administrators.
• Coordinate with global IT teams to ensure consistent application support.
• Manage vendor evaluations, RFPs, platform assessments, and contract negotiations.
• Drive digital transformation through automation, system integration, process optimization, and AI‑enabled technologies.
• Lead change management, stakeholder communication, and user training for new systems and enhancements.

Required Qualifications
