Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Lead to guide the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise technology solutions in a large, fast-moving setting in San Francisco. Translate business needs into scalable architectures and lead cross‑functional teams.

You will drive AI/automation initiatives, own architectural decisions, and ensure security, performance, and maintainability. Strong communication and governance experience are essential in a broad enterprise tech context.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
  • Strong experience designing distributed, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforcing engineering standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive the integration of Generative AI and agentic AI solutions into existing enterprise workflows, focusing on automating complex tasks and enhancing decision-making capabilities.
  • Own the technical roadmap and make architectural decisions while ensuring design documentation and governance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to cross-functional engineering teams by assigning work, mentoring developers, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across projects.
  • Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical quality assessments.
  • Ensure solutions meet operational requirements, including scalability, security, performance, availability, and maintainability.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for resolving technical ambiguities and production issues, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and adoption of engineering best practices.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architects and senior leadership to align technical solutions with enterprise strategy.
  • Support cloud adoption and enterprise integration initiatives using modern platforms and APIs.

Technical Lead
JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills with the ability to guide development teams, drive architectural decisions, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. While experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, AWS/Cloud technologies, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft is preferred, expertise in any one specific technology is not mandatory. We are looking for a well‑rounded technical leader with broad enterprise application experience.

Key Responsibilities
