• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences organizations.
• 6+ years in portfolio management, strategic planning, finance, or decision analysis.
• Experience with stage-gate reviews and strategic investment decisions.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and product development.
• Expertise in business case development and financial modeling (NPV).
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Director - Portfolio Valuation & Decision Analysis to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote leadership role will drive portfolio-level financial evaluation and decision support across a dynamic development pipeline. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to assess strategic options, weigh investment risk and value, and support decisions that shape resource allocation and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong business case expertise, advanced modeling skills, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and product development.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $112,000 – $236,000 annually
