Job Description Summary:

Additional Role Details:
As a Director, you will lead process modeling, analysis, and design efforts, and contribute to business transformation initiatives. You will oversee activities related to business performance management, organizational design, and risk management, developing transformation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Associate Vice President/Vice President, managing 6-15 team members.
Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate degree in relevant fields; graduate studies preferred.
Experience: 10+ years in business transformation, process modeling, and project management; 5+ years in people management.
Skills: Expertise in business process management, project management, organizational design, and change management. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Other: Leadership qualities, ability to influence, and experience managing high-impact projects.
Additional Information:
Work conditions include normal office environment with occasional travel. This is an exempt position not eligible for overtime. The application deadline is 07/03/2025, but early applications are encouraged.

The salary range is $110,000.00 - $212,000.00, with an expected starting range of $119,000.00 - $179,000.00, depending on various factors.
