Engagement : 1–2 hours per month

About BCS

Real-world Bitcoin spending is growing but the credit infrastructure is still missing.

BCS is the first B2B2C end-to-end card issuance platform built specifically for Bitcoin-secured credit.

We enable platforms offering financial services whether they offer lending or not to issue Visa credit cards backed by Bitcoin collateral.

Our infrastructure includes:

• BIN underwriting (no sponsor bank required)
• API-first card issuance solutions
• White-label UI/UX for real-time tailored card program monitoring
• Ledgering support purpose-built for Bitcoin-secured credit products
• Custom settlement solutions (fiat & stablecoins)

With signed LOIs and a strong interest from Bitcoin-native platforms, BCS is building the infrastructure for scalable, credit-based BTC spending.

The Role

BCS is assembling an Advisory Panel of industry luminaries to guide our strategic expansion and market penetration.

We’re seeking experienced operators and capital partners with backgrounds in tech, SaaS, infrastructure startups, fintech, embedded finance, neobanking, B2B platforms, DeFi, capital markets, or institutional finance. Ideal candidates will contribute strategic guidance across product development, compliance frameworks, infrastructure scaling, and go-to-market execution.

Advisors will help refine our credit platform, shape market positioning, and make targeted introductions to relevant partners, networks, and early adopters. While crypto experience is not required, we value those who understand how to scale resilient systems and drive meaningful traction in complex markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Input

• Provide high-level feedback on compliance, embedded finance, and global payments/ credit frameworks
• Advise on technical and operational considerations across card issuance, API architecture, and ledgering infrastructure

Product Distribution Feedback

• Contribute to refining product-market fit through go-to-market and scaling feedback

Network Building

• Facilitate introductions to banking partners, card networks, investors, and early adopter platforms
• Support community-building across fintech, crypto, and payments ecosystems
• Investor or VC introductions

Lloyd Winans , who brings 40 years of experience as a cross border financial services transactional and regulatory lawyer with tenures at the Federal Reserve, Citibank, Lehman Brothers and Adyen, serving in Regional and General Counsel capacities. Additionally, he served as a Director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, and as Chair of the International Business Law Committee and Latin American Law Committee of the American Bar Association. He is Chairman of Atlantis International.
