A Day in the Life:
Lead Bunge’s efforts to profitably grow the business with national broad line foodservice distributors through category leadership that supports the customer’s growth and improves Bunge’s share and value mix.


What You'll Be Doing:
• Be a catalyst for the change required to meet Bunge’s strategic growth objectives in the foodservice market
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and product management to provide distributors with effective category management strategies that grow Bunge’s value share
• Collaborate with the Regional Distribution team to implement category management initiatives at the local / divisional level with particular focus on driving pull through sales of valuable products
• Support the existing business while growing margin and sales volume, with focus on valuable products
• Develop relationships with our customer’s key leaders in general management, procurement, marketing and merchandising at both the corporate and divisional level
• Connect other Bunge team members in applications, marketing, and price risk management resources to key customers to build a differentiated customer experience that drives valuable growth
• Develop and implement customer development plans sought at building long-term partnerships with our national distributor partners
• Drive customer focus by being the voice of your customers within the broader Bunge organization
• Perform standard account management tasks such as customer insight gathering, price intelligence, forecasting, customer development planning, customer service delivery, and contract / price management among others
• Manage broker activities for assigned customers to build pull through


Skill/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; 4-8 years of major account foodservice sales experience required
• Specific knowledge of commodity trading, edible oils' processing, agricultural products' origination, food processing and crushing operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, senior management, peers, and subordinates
• Experience operating in a cross functional organization
• Experience driving valuable sales
• Strong customer knowledge and relationships across the foodservice industry
• Experience managing a portfolio of products ranging from basic staple commodities to specialty valuable
• Strong proficiency in office efficiency and CRM software
• Required travel up to 50%

The compensation range for this position is $109,840.00 - $123,570.00. In addition to the regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
