Job summary

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a senior Ad Sales Marketing professional to drive new business revenue and develop national partnerships with NewsNation, The Hill, and local market opportunities.

You will build relationships with senior marketing decision-makers, craft customized, multiplatform partnership proposals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns. A strong track record in media sales and communications is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 7–10 years in Ad Sales Marketing with brand partnerships focus.
• Experience selling customized multiplatform partnerships.
• Entertainment marketing or media sales experience a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Nexstar’s portfolio and GTM strategy.
• Generate new business revenue through client-direct prospecting nationwide.
• Build relationships with senior marketing decision-makers and develop partnerships.
• Manage a qualified sales pipeline from outreach to proposal.
• Create integrated packages across broadcast, digital, social and live activations.
• Lead pre-sale development of client opportunities, presentations and proposals.
• Use audience research and market trends to strengthen proposals.
• Coordinate with teams to set deliverables, budgets and timelines.
• Track prospecting activity, pipeline and revenue; report to leadership.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategy.
