Citrin Cooperman seeks a Business Process Outsourcing Manager to join its Advisory Department in New York. You will oversee day-to-day financial operations for clients, including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and reporting, while managing onshore and offshore staff and ensuring timely monthly and annual closes.

Ideal candidates have strong GAAP knowledge, extensive ERP experience, and a proven ability to improve processes and controls across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes including budgeting, closing, and reporting.
• GAAP knowledge and application across multiple industries.
• Data analysis and forecasting experience.
• Experience with multiple ERP/Accounting systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day financial operations including GL, payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Monitor and improve internal procedures, processes, and controls.
• Lead onshore and offshore staff delivering transactional and accounting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with guidelines.
• Coordinate monthly and annual closing, budgets, and forecasts.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, partners, banks and stakeholders.
• Develop models and analyses for client requests.
• Drive continuous improvement in internal operations.
