Job summary

Dallas Independent School District seeks a Director to oversee the 226‑day bond program. You will direct budgeting, financial accounting and reporting, procurement, staffing, and contract oversight with Program Management Firms and design professionals.

You will chair meetings, ensure compliance with laws, manage quarterly/annual performance reporting, and coordinate with external auditors, focusing on timely project delivery and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required.
• TEA Mid-Management, TASBO, or other related certification preferred.
• A minimum of ten years directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee budgeting; financial accounting; financial reporting; expenditures; procurement activities; staffing.
• Oversee Program Management Firms, contract claims, and bond program risk management.
• Lead and supervise administrative tasks of the Program Manager(s) and professionals; coordinate with stakeholders.
