Warman O'Brien seeks a Director of Business Development – Clinical Research Services in Massachusetts, offering remote or hybrid work with regional travel. Qualifications

• BD experience in CRO/consultancy/pharma services.
• Established network in MA/Greater Boston or Northeast life sciences.
• Proven track record of winning new business and generating opportunities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for Massachusetts and the Northeast.
• Identify and secure new business from biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across Clinical Operations, Development, Biometrics, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Procurement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
