UBC in Boston seeks a Director of Business Development for CRO Services to drive growth in Safety and Evidence Development. You will build senior-level client relationships, identify opportunities, and lead end-to-end sales from identification to contract execution.

This role requires a strategic thinker with biopharma services sales experience, strong proposal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel about 25% and collaboration with Global BD teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or MBA required.
• 4+ years biopharma services sales experience.
• Strong proposal development and relationship-building skills.
• Remote work capability and proven account management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new sales opportunities for UBC Evidence Development and Safety & Risk Management.
• Lead marketing campaigns and manage RFP processes to achieve quotas.
• Develop account plans and nurture senior-level relationships.
• Maintain Salesforce records and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
