Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Data Architect to design scalable data models and global data warehouse solutions. You will build ETL pipelines, establish data governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable confident data-driven decisions.

In this role you will lead modern analytics initiatives, optimize reporting, and support enterprise BI needs in a regulated life sciences environment. A strong SQL and Power BI background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Data Mining.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft SQL Server technologies (SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
• Experience with Power BI and ETL tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Advanced SQL development and database design skills.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data warehouses and analytics solutions.
• Experience with Oracle OLTP and OLAP environments is preferred; life sciences or regulated environments are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and architecture for a growing global data warehouse environment.
• Build and optimize ETL processes that transform complex data from multiple sources into trusted, actionable information.
• Establish data governance standards, policies, and best practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Lead the design of data solutions that support reporting, analytics, BI, and enterprise decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data architecture solutions.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to support platform enhancements and large-scale data initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing modern analytics methodologies and BI strategies.
• Analyze and profile data to identify anomalies and improve data quality and reporting.
