Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Senior Director of Healthcare Economics to lead strategic and operational economic analysis across IEHP’s health plans. You will direct forecasting, budgeting, cost modeling, and performance optimization with cross-functional teams to improve margin and care quality.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will build a high-performing analytics team, translate complex data into executive insights, and advance affordability and efficiency across IEHP’s lines of business.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more of progressive experience in medical economics or healthcare financial analytics.
• Experience leading analytical and financial teams including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, FP&A, Clinical Operations, Provider Network and Actuarial teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for economic analysis and financial performance optimization across IEHP’s healthcare business.
• Lead forecasting, cost modeling, budgeting and scenario testing to improve margins and affordability.
• Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee hiring, performance reviews, and development of a high-performing analytics team.
