Solarbridge Technology Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to open doors, close complex deals, and build a repeatable growth engine across North America in the Battery Energy Storage Systems sector.

The role, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, focuses on lead generation, market research, and strategic partnerships with system integrators, EPCs, OEMs, and large customers to expand Solarbridge’s market presence.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in business development, sales leadership, or commercial strategy in BESS, PCS, power electronics, inverters, or grid-interactive energy systems.
• Ability to develop business relationships with system integrators, EPCs, OEMs, or large C&I customers.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships, presenting ideas, and conducting negotiations; experience in lead generation and market research.
• Demonstrated experience in business development or sales in the energy sector, preferably in BESS.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
