UNLV is seeking a Director of Benefits & Human Capital Management (HCM) Support. Lead strategic oversight of benefits, leave administration, ADA accommodation, and temporary employment/HCM support.

Build partnerships with campus leadership and external vendors to align priorities and improve service delivery. The role requires 8+ years in HR with at least 5 years in benefits/leave and 3 years in management, plus a BA/BS in a related field.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressively responsible HR experience, including benefits, leave administration, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of benefits and leave programs.
• Lead ADA accommodation processes and temporary employment/HCM support.
• Oversee HCM transactions and Workday triage; establish service standards and continuous improvement.
