UNLV invites applications for the Employee Relations Program Administrator in UNLV Human Resources. This role reports to the ER Director, providing strategic and operational leadership, managing ER Office programs, and coordinating workshops and trainings to improve service delivery.

The incumbent will ensure compliance with NSHE, NAC, and state/federal regulations while supporting strategic goals. Candidates should bring a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of related experience, with 3–5 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Credentials must be obtained prior to the employment start date.
• Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership within the Employee Relations Office.
• Manage programs and initiatives to enhance ER Office functions.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate workshops and trainings.
• Ensure effective customer service operations within ER.
• Contribute to strategic planning and goal implementation; provide updates to ER Director and Specialists.
