Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Director, Benefits and Payroll to lead the strategy, design, and administration of the firm’s employee benefits programs, including oversight of a self-funded health plan. The role partners with senior leadership on long-term program development and growth.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in self-funded benefits programs and experience guiding benefits strategy within a growing organization, with strong leadership of teams and payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 8+ years of experience leading employee benefits programs, required.
• Direct experience managing self-funded health plans, including funding, renewals, and broker partnerships, required.
• Experience administering health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, leave programs, and open enrollment, required.
• Prior experience managing teams, required.
• Experience overseeing payroll operations and multi-state payroll compliance, preferred.
• Experience HRIS and benefits administration platforms, preferred.

This leadership role will drive the strategy, design, and administration of the organization's benefits programs, including oversight of a self-funded health plan, while partnering with senior leadership on long-term program development and growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in self-funded benefits programs and experience leading benefits strategy within a growing organization.
