Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant in the Banking Transformation space to lead workstreams across enterprise modernization, digital change, and AI-enabled programs for financial services clients. You will advise executives, translate strategy into practical roadmaps, and guide blended teams of consultants and technologists to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires 6+ years in corporate banking, retail banking, payments, or asset management with strong stakeholder

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant experience in banking transformation or advisory roles.
• Experience at a Big Four firm or leading advisory/strategy consultancy.

Responsabilidades

• Advise business and technology leaders on enterprise, digital, operating model, modernization, and AI-enabled transformation priorities.
• Lead workstreams and blended teams, ensuring accountability for outcomes, quality, and risk management.
• Develop practical strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and implementation approaches.
• Provide AI-fluent leadership across strategy, use-case prioritization, and governance.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and follow-on opportunities.
