Job summary

INB, N.A. is seeking a Director of Business Systems & Platform Strategy to lead the strategy, governance and evolution of the Bank's core technology platforms and enterprise applications.

The role bridges Technology and Operations, translating priorities into roadmaps and measurable results while guiding modernization and AI adoption in partnership with control functions. The Director will expand an existing platform-management model across additional domains, building a team of Business Systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in banking technology, business systems or related roles.
• Demonstrated leadership of enterprise platforms and cross-functional programs.
• Experience evaluating AI, intelligent automation or emerging technologies.
• Executive-level communication and ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the health, strategy, roadmap, integration and lifecycle management of the Bank's critical business platforms and related applications.
• Establish governance for demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, releases and change control.
• Develop forward-looking application and integration strategy aligned with growth and operations.
• Lead modernization and optimization through tool rationalization and vendor services.
