Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance or related field.
- Ten+ years of banking technology, business systems or related leadership experience.
- Experience leading enterprise platforms, governance and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Own health, strategy, roadmap, integration and lifecycle of the Bank's critical platforms and applications.
- Partner with leaders across Retail, Commercial, Treasury Management, Lending, Remittance, Deposit Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance.
- Lead enterprise platform modernization and AI/automation initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, delivery, testing, releases, and change controls.
- Build and lead a platform-aligned team of Business Systems Analysts across core and digital portfolios.
