Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, business, finance or related field.
• 10+ years in banking technology, platform management or related roles.
• Leadership of enterprise platforms and cross-functional programs.
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI, automation or emerging tech.
• Executive communication and strategic execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own health, strategy, roadmap, integration, lifecycle management of core platforms and related applications.
• Establish governance for demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, releases and change control.
• Develop forward-looking integration strategy aligned with growth and operations.
• Drive modernization and optimization through rationalization of tools, workflows, licenses and vendor services.
• Lead workflow redesign and continuous improvement with business owners accountability.
• Build and lead a platform-aligned team of Business Systems Analysts.
