Job summary

INB is building a business-systems organization to own platform portfolios and partner with the Director, Business Systems & Platform Strategy. You will start by co-managing a portfolio and move toward independent ownership, including vendor relationships and roadmap decisions.

This role blends financial-services knowledge with business analysis, process improvement, and data integration. Strong learning agility, sound judgment and a proactive, ownership-minded mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems (or equivalent).
• Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in financial-services tech, business systems, or related roles.
• Ability to learn complex financial products and processes quickly.
• Experience owning or supporting vendor apps, integrations, and upgrades.
• Strong business analysis, process-design, testing, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to understand data flows and communicate with business, tech and exec teams.
• Proactive, ownership-oriented with credibility with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as platform contact for assigned applications and ownership.
• Contribute to multi-year platform roadmaps aligned with strategy.
• Manage configuration, releases, upgrades, and vendor dependencies.
• Monitor system health, utilization, and adoption to increase value.
• Maintain inventories of applications, interfaces, data exchanges and owners.
• Develop business cases and measure adoption, capacity, quality, and cost.
