Ally Financial seeks an Ad and Content Design Manager to lead visual execution and brand expression across channels, translating strategy into compelling creative work. You will guide designers, production partners, and copywriters to deliver cohesive, high-impact outputs.

As a creative leader and practitioner, you will set direction, raise the standard of craft, and collaborate across production, delivery, and marketing teams to align with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant design experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong portfolio across channels demonstrating concept-to-production impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with emerging design tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Director to interpret and execute the overarching creative vision.
• Develop visual concepts and design directions that bring ideas to life across channels.
• Provide clear and actionable creative direction to designers, copywriters, and production partners.
• Oversee final assets meeting brand, creative, and production standards.
• Mentor and inspire designers and junior creatives, fostering collaboration and excellence.
