Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks a Policies & Procedures Professional in U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk to draft, review and update policies, notices, and manuals, ensuring the policy framework stays current and aligned with each Bank's Risk Governance Framework and regulatory expectations.

The role reports to the Bank Compliance Head of Policies and Procedures and is a Director-level position within the Bank NFR Strategy & Regulatory Oversight team, driving governance, change management and policy oversight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience developing and editing policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on outstanding items.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to build and update Non-Financial Risk policy content.
• Research regulatory changes and translate them into policies and procedures.
• Support Standards, quality controls, and annual policy review planning.
• Submit policies for review and track delivery timelines.
