Job summary

Experian is seeking a Director of Product Management to define and execute the North America B2B strategy for email and identity data solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams and lead product launches, aligning market insights with client needs to drive revenue growth.

You will report to the SVP of Product Management and collaborate across regional and global teams to strengthen Experian's leadership in data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in financial services or data strategy.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Identity solutions or identity data experience preferred.
• Experience with both existing and emerging data products.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders (Director/VP level).
• Collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the North America B2B product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead new product launches using market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Identify needs and prioritize product opportunities from stakeholder insights.
• Track competitive landscape and evolving data use cases, including identity data.
• Partner with Sales on go-to-market plans and product adoption.
• Identify data, partner, and integration opportunities to expand product capabilities.
• Represent the product with clients and external audiences and contribute thought leadership.
• Collaborate across regional and global teams, business units, and partners.
