Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Intelligence to oversee the global product portfolio end to end, including signal strategy, collection technologies, APIs and data contracts. This remote role reports to the SVP of Product Management and requires leading product managers across regions.

Responsibilities include setting the global vision, defining signal collection/ delivery, and guiding multi-region teams to drive adoption, retention and revenue growth while balancing regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leading product teams or leaders.
• Experience building device/fingerprint-based signal products at scale.
• Experience with device, network-risk signals and IP/proxy/VPN risk signals.
• Hands-on product experience with behavioral and device signals (spoofing, emulation, headless browsers).
• Experience in fraud prevention (bot abuse, account takeover, synthetic identity).
• Experience defining/evaluating AI-powered product capabilities with guardrails and human oversight.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams including legal/privacy and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Set global vision, strategy and roadmap for Digital Intelligence across web, mobile and API products.
• Define how signals are collected, scored, and delivered into orchestration and decisioning products.
• Lead SDK, tag, and API roadmap including migration and deprecation practices.
• Guide detection strategy for fraud types using device, behavioral and network signals.
• Advance agent intelligence separating legitimate agents from automation across journeys.
• Lead multi-region PM team and align partners on roadmap priorities and standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Privacy and GTM to balance coverage, latency and consent.
