Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Intelligence to oversee the global product portfolio end to end, setting the roadmap for device, behavioral and network-risk signals. You will lead product managers across regions and drive adoption, revenue and performance while reporting to the SVP of Product Management.

This remote role requires coordinating with Engineering, Data Science, Privacy and Legal teams to balance coverage, accuracy, latency and regulatory requirements across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with leading product teams or leaders.
• Experience building device intelligence or SDK-based signal products at scale.
• Experience with device, network-risk signals and fraud prevention domains.
• Hands-on work with behavioral and device signals (spoofing, emulation, VM, headless browsers).
• Experience defining AI-powered product capabilities and governance.

Responsibilities

• Set global vision, strategy and roadmap for Digital Intelligence across web, mobile and API products.
• Define data collection, scoring and delivery into orchestration and decisioning products.
• Lead SDK, tag, mobile collection and API roadmap, incl. versioning and migrations.
• Guide detection strategies for bot abuse, account takeover, synthetic identity and new-account fraud.
• Align multi-region teams and partners on shared roadmap priorities and standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, Legal and GTM to balance coverage, latency and regulatory needs.
• Own portfolio adoption, retention, revenue, pricing and packaging.
