Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking a senior analytics leader to own analytics for revenue-driving teams including SMB and Large Market Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and B2B Marketing. You will lead forecasting, opportunity sizing, and partner performance analyses, supporting enterprise deals with market intelligence and RFP analytics.

You will partner with RevOps, Sales Leadership, and B2B Marketing to drive measurable impact, improve onboarding efficiency, and advance lifecycle analytics across partner

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management in analytics or growth roles.
• 10+ years in analytics, strategy, or growth within B2B/fintech contexts.
• Proven revenue impact from analytics in sales, marketing, and partner growth.
• Experience with enterprise partnerships, forecasting, and RFP analytics.
• Strong lead qualification, funnel conversion, and lifecycle management in SMB contexts.
• Expertise with data engineering collaboration and modern analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for revenue-driving teams including forecasting and partner performance.
• Lead market research, RFP analytics, and enterprise partnership support.
• Develop lead scoring and qualification models for top-of-funnel.
• Create data-driven materials for RFP responses and pitches.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales Leadership, and Marketing.
• Build predictive models for churn, engagement, and funnel bottlenecks.
• Design experiments and synthesize insights to improve conversions.
• Mentor and manage analytics team.
