Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering or manufacturing; MBA or MS is a plus.
• 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, in aerospace or similar sectors.
• Experience with fabrication and integration processes, quality systems.
• 7+ years managing large budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong project management, schedule control, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic avionics vision aligned with company goals.
• Oversee new avionics manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Increase production capabilities and cycle-time improvements.
• Lead cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing avionics team.
• Plan budgets and schedules for materials, labor, and capex.
