Qualifications

• B.S. degree in an engineering or manufacturing field; Masters or MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing in related fields.
• 7+ years of management of large budgets or P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for avionics manufacturing.
• Oversee development of scalable, quality-focused manufacturing processes.
• Increase production capabilities and cycle-time efficiencies for avionics.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing avionics team and manage budgets.
