Qualifications
- 7+ years of engineering team management experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Experience in building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience partnering with product and science teams to define and deliver technically complex roadmaps.
- Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining senior engineering talent across globally distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Platform and Technical Strategy for Workforce Intelligence and Skilling.
- Architect agentic primitives at scale with API-first, multi-tenant design.
- Scale autonomous learning operations and drive governance via agents.
- Drive causal measurement science and evaluation frameworks.
- Build Skills Intelligence and Career Development across multiple programs.
- Lead global engineering teams and deliver measurable business impact.
