Job summary

Amazon’s HR Experience Technology (HRXT) team seeks a Principal Product Manager - Tech to own the strategy for Agent Skills, Employee 360, and the integration and routing infrastructure powering HR experiences for millions of Amazonians.

You will lead end-to-end delivery across a multi-product stack, orchestrating AI-native workflows, governance, and platform analytics while partnering with HR operations, AI/ML scientists, and engineers to scale Service Central across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product platforms and roadmaps.
• Experience working with engineers on technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision for Agent Skills—the AI-native no-code automation platform for HR professionals.
• Lead Employee 360 (E360) product strategy and expand its AI-driven workflows.
• Own PXT MCP Gateway product direction for Maple-permissioned data connections.
• Oversee Auto Work Assignment (AWA) intelligent routing across HR domains.
• Define automated communications framework and case-visibility across platforms.
• Drive governance, versioning, and production execution for agentic workflows.
• Lead the centralized intake (PXT One) for improvement requests and leadership visibility.
