Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a senior Operations Lead to own the health, performance, and accuracy of our AI-powered member support experiences. The role also establishes governance and continuous improvement rhythms for automation workflows while building a scalable Automated Operations capability with defined roles and training paths.
