Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Providence leads Fleet Management Solutions analytics and AI strategy, seeking a Director to advance analytics, data strategy, pricing optimization, and decision support across the enterprise.

This role reports to the Vice President of Asset Management and will build a high-impact team, partnering with Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Data Science to translate data into measurable financial value.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, pricing, finance, asset management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives with measurable financial results.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Asset Management AI, data, analytics, and automation strategy aligned with growth and profitability.
• Lead the Asset Management Center of Excellence for analytics, reporting, fleet intelligence, and process automation.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and asset productivity improvements.
• Establish KPIs, governance models, and performance measurement frameworks connecting analytics to financial outcomes.
• Lead pricing strategy and optimization across asset portfolios.
• Identify and deploy GenAI, predictive analytics, ML, and AI agent capabilities.
• Translate analytics into practical commercial, operational, and financial applications.
• Drive insights for product strategy, customer profitability, and portfolio optimization.
• Deliver enterprise reporting and decision-support tools for senior leadership.
