Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership in analytics, pricing, finance or asset management.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives with measurable financial results.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Management CoE analytics, reporting, and technology optimization.
• Develop AI, data strategy, and pricing optimization to drive EBITDA.
• Translate analytics into business value for executives.
• Partner with Finance, Pricing, Sales, and Technology to scale concepts.
• Build KPIs and governance linking analytics to financial outcomes.
• Lead enterprise reporting and dashboard development for decision support.
