Job summary

Zotec Partners seeks a Director of Operations Efficiency and Workflow Integrity to lead enterprise-wide process optimization. This remote role drives automation, improves accuracy, and strengthens operational integrity across the healthcare revenue cycle.

You will mentor a team of workflow professionals, partner with Product and Technology, and implement scalable solutions that reduce waste, cut costs, and boost client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in operational excellence and workflow optimization.
• Experience designing workflow or automation solutions.
• Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Strong data-analysis skills and ability to translate data into improvements.
• Experience developing test plans and quality-control measures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Lead evaluation of operational needs and define requirements.
• Design scalable workflow and automation solutions.
• Support analytics initiatives to improve visibility and automation performance.
• Ensure automation quality through testing, validation, and monitoring.
• Lead and develop a team of Workflow professionals.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize end-to-end workflows.
• Document standardized workflows and communicate solutions.
• Lead audits to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate tools and approaches balancing value and risk.
• Contribute to strategic priorities and organizational goals.
