Chromalloy is seeking a Director, Fleet NPI Strategy to shape and execute our New Product Introduction strategy across Aero, Power Generation, Military, and APU platforms. You will translate market insights into portfolio priorities, build business cases, and drive growth with OEMs and operators.

In this executive role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Business Development, Customer Support, and MARCOM to move opportunities from concept to market while ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in aerospace, aviation aftermarket, gas turbines, MRO, product strategy, or related field.
• Strong understanding of engine and fleet lifecycles and how they influence aftermarket demand and investment decisions.
• Proven ability to develop market intelligence and translate insights into product or growth strategies.
• Experience engaging OEMs, operators, and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NPI strategy across Aero, Power Generation, Military, and APU engine platforms.
• Develop market intelligence around fleet lifecycle and aftermarket trends.
• Build compelling business cases and evaluate opportunities across engine platforms.
• Engage OEMs and operators to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translate insights into portfolio priorities and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Engineering, ECOE, ECRS, BD, Customer Support, and MARCOM to bring opportunities to market.
• Monitor market trends and adjust priorities to evolving business needs.
• Provide senior leadership with clear recommendations on growth opportunities and portfolio strategy.
• Ensure all initiatives meet safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
