Jobot is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager in Dallas to lead a high-volume AP function and drive transformation across the finance team. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive AP experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials is required.
• Experience managing high invoice volume and complex vendor base.
• Solid understanding of 1099/1042 tax reporting requirements and vendor compliance.
• Experience with SOX controls and finance transformation through RPA/AI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete accounts payable process including invoices, PO/Non-PO, payments, and vendor master management.
• Lead and develop a team of AP staff onshore and offshore; provide training and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with 1099/1042 tax reporting and vendor processes.
• Implement and manage SOX controls within the AP department.
• Serve as AP SME for RPA, Oracle enhancements, and AI use cases; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve controls and scalability.
• Participate in strategic planning and management-level decisions.
