Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team and optimize processes across the procure-to-pay cycle. You will drive automation initiatives, oversee invoice processing and reconciliation, and ensure strict compliance with company policies including 1099 reporting.

The role requires a strong financial background, expertise in Oracle Fusion AP, and hands-on experience with OCR/IDP technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required or equivalent experience.
• CPA/CMA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum 7+ years in Accounts Payable with 3+ years in supervision/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team across the procure-to-pay cycle.
• Drive process improvements and automation within AP to reduce costs and improve accuracy.
• Implement and optimize AP technologies, including Oracle Fusion and OCR/IDP tools.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable payment terms.
• Oversee invoice processing, reconciliation, and compliance with policies and 1099s.
