Job summary

Beacon Biosignals seeks a Director, Analytics Systems to lead the Analytics Systems Team, guiding 6–10 engineers toward high-impact data infrastructure and product initiatives.

You'll shape strategy across dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, and BI tooling, partner with stakeholders in regulated life-sciences environments, and scale analytics capabilities for clinical trials and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of managing analytics engineering teams with large-scale problems.
• Experience with analytics engineering, data modeling, and pipelines.
• Familiarity with medical device space, clinical diagnostics, or related regulated fields.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate user/product needs into prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Analytics Systems Team (6–10 engineers).
• Drive product direction and strategic roadmap for analytics platforms.
• Scope work, manage timelines, and align with stakeholders.
• Ensure engineering quality, reliability, and delivery in a regulated setting.
