Job summary

Snap Finance in Utah is seeking a Director of Analytics for B2B Growth. This remote role leads analytics across SMB Sales, Large Market Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, and B2B Marketing to accelerate revenue and partner growth.

You’ll own forecasting, opportunity sizing, lead qualification, and vendor performance analysis, partnering with RevOps and Sales to deliver data-driven strategies and measurable outcomes for ALICE customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics or growth roles within B2B/fintech domains.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or R for modeling.
• Experience with enterprise partnership forecasting and RFP analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, opportunity sizing, and partner performance analyses.
• Support enterprise partnerships via RFP analytics and market research.
• Design lead scoring and funnel optimization for SMB.
• Build models for churn, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing for data-driven decisions.
• Spearhead web scraping and data acquisition for market intel.
